Community Guidelines
Effective: January 2, 2026
(for US and Canada residents)
At TouchTunes Music Company, LLC (and our wholly owned subsidiaries) (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to have fun while using our products and services. But we also know that feeling welcome and safe are necessary components to our mission of bringing you joy and human connection. These Community Guidelines set forth your obligations with respect to creating that safe and welcoming space for all users of our products and services.
As noted in our Terms of Service, these Community Guidelines are part of the contract between you and our Company and you are required to comply with them. If you have any questions about what conduct, content, and communications are permitted under these guidelines, please contact our customer service team at general@touchtunes.com.
These Community Guidelines cover all products and services that we make available now or in the future, as well as our advertising, marketing, promotions, and communications (e.g., sweepstakes, surveys) (the “Company Services”). These Company Services include, without limitation, our TouchTunes-branded digital jukeboxes and mobile application(s); our service currently branded “TouchTunes Unlimited”; our BullShooter- or Spider-branded dartboards and our BullShooter-branded mobile application(s); our payment services; our league and tournament products, services and mobile application(s); our wagering functionalities; our sweepstakes, contests, and promotional events; our current consumer loyalty program (the “Loyalty Program”) and venue staff loyalty program (the “Staff Program”); and our websites, push notifications, emails, in-app messages, text messages, social media posts, and other forms of communications.
WE MAY, AT ANY TIME AND FROM TIME TO TIME, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU, CHANGE ANY AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES. ANY CHANGES TO THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES WILL BE EFFECTIVE AS OF THE DATE OF POSTING THE REVISED VERSION ON THIS PAGE. ANY CHANGES TO THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES WILL SUPERSEDE AND REPLACE IN ITS ENTIRETY THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AT THE TIME OF SUCH POSTING AND WILL BE APPLICABLE TO ALL FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THESE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES FROM TIME TO TIME TO KEEP INFORMED OF ANY CHANGES. IF YOU CONTINUE TO ACCESS OR USE ANY OF THE COMPANY SERVICES FOLLOWING ANY SUCH CHANGES, SUCH ACCESS OR USE WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES.
1. Your Conduct, Content and Communications
We strive to keep the Company Services, including without limitation our in-person events and the social interaction functionalities on our mobile applications, a safe place for all users. As stated in our Terms of Service, however, you, and you alone, are fully responsible and liable for your conduct, content, and communications with respect to your access to and use of the Company Services, including without limitation vis-à-vis other users of the Company Services (e.g., via a mobile app, at an in-person event). Your conduct, content, and communications include, without limitation, your user name, all information in your public profile, verbal statements and text, graphics, audio and/or video content, generative artificial intelligence content, links or attachments, emojis and other reactions, and attire at in-person events. The Company is not responsible for your conduct, content, and/or communications in connection with the Company Services, and we are not responsible for other users’ conduct, content, and/or communications either.
2. Prohibited Conduct, Content, and Communications
- Threats or Violence: We take violence and threats of violence very seriously. We prohibit all user conduct, content, and communications that are (or are reasonably perceived as regardless of intent) threatening, violent, or abusive in any way (or are designed or intended to incite or induce threatening, violent, or abusive conduct, content, or communications), in each case whether physically or emotionally, and all conduct, content, and communications that are reflective of terrorism or violent extremism, including without limitation all user conduct, content, or communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Bullying, intimidation, threats of harm, or other hostile actions, or actions that impinge upon public safety, whether or not directed at a person, a group of people, or someone’s property, especially if such intimidation or threats are based on one or more of the following: gender, gender identity, sexuality, race, ethnicity, color, caste, religion, creed, age, nationality, immigration status, body type, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, ability or disability, neurodivergence, veteran status, socioeconomic status, or other identities
- Encouragement for other individual(s) to engage in bullying, intimidation, threats of harm, other hostile actions, or actions that impinge upon public safety
- Animal abuse
- Glorification of self-harm, suicide or suicidal ideation, or eating disorders
- Vigilante activity, including without limitation coordination of attempts to bully, intimidate, or harm others outside the purview of law enforcement
- Terrorism or violent extremism
- Knowingly making false or bad-faith reports to our customer service team about other user(s)
- Harassment: The safety of our users and our communities is important to us. We prohibit all forms of harassment and stalking, whether or not intended as such, including without limitation all user conduct, content, or communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- All forms of harassment, whether or not intended as such, including without limitation sexual harassment (e.g., text, audio, video, emojis and reactions, repeated contact, reaching out via another account after someone has blocked you)
- All unsolicited or unwelcome advances or touching
- All forms of stalking
- Violations of court orders
- Hate Speech or Discrimination: People of all identities are welcome to use the Company Services and we are all responsible for making sure that everyone feels welcome. We prohibit all forms of hate speech or conduct, content, and communications that are harmful to, or discriminatory or derogatory based on the identity of an individual or group of people, including without limitation all user conduct, content, and communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Hate speech
- Discrimination on the basis of gender, gender identity, sexuality, race, ethnicity, color, caste, religion, creed, age, nationality, immigration status, body type, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, ability or disability, neurodivergence, veteran status, socioeconomic status, or other identities
- Obscenity: We strive to keep the Company Services free from sexual content or exploitation of any nature, with the sole exception of sexualized content included in songs or album covers that we elect to include on the Company Services related to music or jukeboxes. We prohibit all user conduct, content, or communications that are of a sexual nature or that are explicit, obscene, lewd, or would otherwise be considered adults-only content, including without limitation all user conduct, content, or communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Pornography and/or other content intended to be accessed or consumed by only adults (e.g., rated-R content)
- Sexual abuse, violence, trafficking, or extortion
- Revenge porn
- Sexually suggestive conduct, communications, images, audio and/or video
- Nudity included in images, even if not sexually suggestive, such as breastfeeding
- Offers for or solicitations of services, online or offline, that are sexual in nature
- Child pornography, the sexual exploitation of a minor (including without limitation anything sexually suggestive of a minor), and any activity related to or intended to be grooming
- Defamation: We require that you treat others with respect while accessing or using the Company Services. We prohibit slander, libel, and other lies about others in all forms.
- Privacy / Publicity: Other people’s names, images, likenessesf, and voices belong to them and are not yours to use. We prohibit all violations of individuals’ rights of privacy and publicity, including without limitation all user conduct, content, and communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- The name, image, likeness, or voice of any individual for which you do not have express and explicit prior consent
- Sharing or threatening to share the private information, images, or audio and/or video of another individual, including without limitation doxing
- Rights Violations: We take people’s rights seriously, including their intellectual property rights. We prohibit all violations of any rights of any person or entity, including without limitation all user conduct, content, and communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Pirated content
- Copyright violations, including without limitation of any sound recordings or compositions included on a Company Service
- Violations of trademark, trade name, service mark, “look and feel” and other source identifiers, including without limitation deliberately spoofing or adopting a trademark that is confusingly similar to those of the Company
- Patent violations, including without limitation, theft, circumvention, and reverse engineering
- Fraud or Deception: We require that your conduct, content, and communications with respect to the Company Services be honest and truthful. We prohibit all forms of fraud or deception, including without limitation all user conduct, content, and communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Fraud or other deceptive conduct
- Anything that forges the origin of any such conduct, such as IP spoofing or improper trademark use
- Anything that falsifies information, such as unsubstantiated medical or legal claims
- Manipulation of content for false or misleading purposes (including without limitation through the use of generative artificial intelligence)
- Impersonating anyone else, including without limitation the Company (or any of its agents) or another user
- Illegal or Improper Conduct: We require that our users at all times act in compliance with the law and customary ethics and morals. We prohibit all forms of illegal, unlawful, unethical, immoral, tortious, and otherwise improper user conduct, content, and communications, including without limitation all user conduct, content, and communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Cheating or otherwise falsifying the results of any contest for any reason or purpose
- “Fixing” or otherwise manipulating the outcome of any content for any purpose or reason (other than forfeiting as provided in any applicable rules), especially for the purposes of interfering with betting markets, odds-makers, or gambling products and services
- Public intoxication or illegal use of banned or regulated substances at any of our in-person events
- Human trafficking in any form
- Criminal activity, such as buying or selling banned or regulated substances, contraband, or weapons
- Illegal promotion of any regulated goods or services, such as gambling, tobacco or vape products, and alcohol
- Money laundering in any form
- Marketing: We require that the Company Services remain free of user advertisements, including without limitation marketing, promotions, offers, or solicitations for any product, service, business or organization, including without limitation all user conduct, content, or communications that include, in whole or in part, the following:
- Spam and junk mail
- Pay-for-follower and other follower-growth schemes
- Promotion of multilevel or pyramid schemes
- Undisclosed paid or sponsored content
- Fraudulent or scam goods or services
- Get-rich-quick schemes
3. Determinations
We reserve the right to decide, in our sole discretion, what conduct, content, or communications violate our Community Guidelines. While you may appeal our determination by contacting our customer service team at general@touchtunes.com, our decisions are final and not subject to external scrutiny.
4. Reporting
You may find conduct, content, or communications in connection with one or more Company Services that is violative of these Community Guidelines. We are not responsible for such violative conduct, content, or communications, but if you find that a space provided in connection with a Company Service is not safe, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer service team at general@touchtunes.com, so that we may address the matter. When necessary, such as to prevent harm or to comply with applicable law, we may report conduct, content, and communications to law enforcement.
