TouchTunes Pay™ is currently only available in select beta locations. When TouchTunes Pay™ is available, you will see a QR code on the dartboard screen.

You can use the TouchTunes app to buy credits (or use your existing credits) and then redeem those credits on a BullShooter® dartboard through TouchTunes Pay™.

To transfer credits to a BullShooter® dartboard from the TouchTunes app:

1. On the BullShooter® dartboard screen, scan the TouchTunes Pay™ QR code using your device camera.

2. Enter the desired number of BullShooter® credits you’d like to load onto the dartboard. The number of TouchTunes credits required will appear beneath it.

3. Tap “Transfer BullShooter® credits” - if you don’t have enough credits, a prompt will appear to make a purchase through the TouchTunes app and buy more credits first.

4. The TouchTunes Pay™ experience will show a confirmation screen when the credits are successfully loaded onto the BullShooter® dartboard.

To load credits onto a BullShooter® dartboard, please ensure you are using the latest version of the TouchTunes app from the App Store® or Google Play Store®.

At this time, BullShooter® credits cannot be returned to your TouchTunes app wallet or converted back to TouchTunes credits once they’ve been loaded onto a dartboard using TouchTunes Pay™.

If you can’t load credits onto a BullShooter® dartboard from the TouchTunes app through TouchTunes Pay™, it may be experiencing a technical difficulty or an internet connection issue.

For assistance with a Bullshooter® dartboard, contact the operator who owns and services the dartboard – their contact information is typically posted on the device.

The TouchTunes app accepts payments from the following sources:

- Apple Pay© (while using an Apple device)
- Google Pay© (while using an Android device)
- PayPal©
- Venmo©
- Credit/debit cards from approved providers

TouchTunes also accepts payments via credit/debit cards from the following approved providers:

- VISA©
- MasterCard©
- American Express©
- Discover© 
- Diners Club©
- JCB©

Absolutely! Your saved payment methods are stored as an encrypted token to prevent unauthorized use. A TouchTunes employee or support agent will NEVER ask for your full credit card or banking details under any circumstances.

Sorry to hear you had an issue with your purchase!

Purchase issues are most commonly encountered when using a credit card that was entered manually. Before troubleshooting further, please try adding your payment method again and confirm the following:

- Check for any typos/missing numbers in the card number, 3-digit CVV number, and ZIP/postal code
- Verify that the card is not expired
- Verify that the account has sufficient funds, and other purchases made using the card have been successful

Your bank or lender may have prevented a purchase due to suspected fraud or theft; if you've confirmed your card information is correct, please contact your bank/lender to ensure that this activity is intentional.

To add a payment method to the TouchTunes app:

1. Tap the Wallet icon in the top right corner (the gold coin icon with a number next to it)

2. Tap the "Payment Method" option

3. Select "Add card" to add a credit or debit card, or select your preferred 3rd-party payment option (PayPal©, Venmo©, Google Pay©, or Apple Pay©)

When adding a new credit or debit card to your account, you'll be asked to provide:

- the card number
- expiration date
- 3-digit CVV number
- billing ZIP code/postal code
 

When you're ready, tap the highlighted "Add Card" to save it!

By default, the "Make this my default payment method" option will be enabled for your new card - just hit the toggle button if you'd prefer not to have this card as your default payment option. 

NOTE: After adding a credit or debit card to your account, if it doesn't appear right away on your Wallet screen, tap "Payment Method" again to refresh the list - your new card should be there!

With the auto-refill feature enabled, when your credit balance drops below 5, your credits will automatically be replenished with your selected credit bundle, using your selected payment method. 

While viewing your Wallet, if you have auto-refill enabled, you'll see a purple refresh icon 🔃 on the coin next to your credit balance, and your payment method will show a "Auto refill is enabled" message.

To adjust your Auto-refill settings:

1. Tap the Wallet icon in the top right corner (the gold coin icon with a number next to it)

2. Scroll down to the Auto-refill section and tap it

If auto-refill is turned off, you will have the option to enable it. Select your desired credit bundle, and the payment method you'd like to use for the auto-refill, then tap "Activate auto-refill" to enable it!

If auto-refill is already turned on, you can tap to select a different credit bundle to refill with, or update your payment method by tapping "Payment Method". To disable auto-refill, just tap "Disable auto-refill".

NOTE: The Auto-refill feature can only be turned on or off from within the account. TouchTunes is unable to modify any user payment settings or selections on your behalf. In the event your selected credit bundle changes or becomes unavailable, the TouchTunes app will notify you and will automatically switch your selection to the closest matching credit bundle.
