Limit one (1) Passport entry per Operator employee during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offering from TouchTunes. No responsibility is assumed for any failed or interrupted electronic communications. There is no limit to the number of Jukebox Purchase entries by an Operator. 

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant and such entrant’s Operator company. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder known to TouchTunes, at TouchTunes’ sole discretion.

Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win.  The TouchTunes Amusement Expo Iron Maiden “Brice Dickinson” Signed Tour Flat Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to authorized U.S. operator companies that are owned by a legal resident of the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who is at least 18 years of age as of March 18, 2026 (each, an “Operator”). Operators owned by employees of TouchTunes Music Company, LLC (“TouchTunes” or “Sponsor”) or its parent companies, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively the foregoing entities are the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate families or household members of each are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Period:  Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 18, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter:  Passport: Employees of eligible Operators can enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period on behalf of the Operator by completing the Operator Entry Passport at Amusement Expo in Las Vegas, NV (“Amusement Expo”) and submitting it to an employee of TouchTunes at Booth #1845 or #1745 during the Sweepstakes Period. Jukebox Purchase: For each TouchTunes jukebox purchased by an Operator at Amusement Expo, the Operator will receive one (1) entry, provided that all jukebox order forms must be signed and returned to TouchTunes at Booth #1845 during the Sweepstakes Period.  

Limit one (1) Passport entry per Operator employee during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt to enter more than one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period may result in disqualification from this and any other promotional offering from TouchTunes. No responsibility is assumed for any failed or interrupted electronic communications. There is no limit to the number of Jukebox Purchase entries by an Operator. 

Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, promotion entry services) will void all entries by that entrant and such entrant’s Operator company. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder known to TouchTunes, at TouchTunes’ sole discretion.

The winning Operator is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses or costs relating to any prize not expressly set forth herein. TouchTunes reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds:  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. 

Prize Conditions:  Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check.  Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  If a potential winner has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any of the Sweepstakes Entities, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified, and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
