New, Innovative, Next Generation Allegro MX-1 to Be Demonstrated at the Amusement Showcase International Show

NEW YORK CITY – March 26, 2008 - TouchTunes Corporation, the largest out-of-home interactive entertainment network, announced today the introduction of the Allegro MX-1 jukebox, an innovative and more advanced version of the hugely popular Allegro floor model. In the two years since the original Allegro’s launch, TouchTunes has sold nearly 10,000 Allegro jukeboxes, making it one of the most popular digital jukeboxes in the history of the industry.

allegro_mx-1_3quarterBuilding on the original Allegro’s success, the Allegro MX-1 is packed with innovation and delivers ultra-high quality sound plus dozens of new features. Some highlights include integrated amplification, easy-to-use on-site and remote diagnostics, and a new digital media computer system that provides superior performance and multi-media capabilities. The Allegro MX-1 was designed with easy installation and maintenance in mind, and provides the fantastic sound customers have come to expect from TouchTunes.

“We listened carefully to our customers – operators, distributors, owners, and end-users – and combined their input with our own expertise to design what we consider to be the top-of-the-line jukebox out there,” said Art Matin, TouchTunes CEO. “As a result, the new Allegro MX-1™ delivers the industry’s most operator-friendly machine, unbelievable sound, great new capabilities and a sleek, updated look, in a smaller footprint. We’re excited to introduce the next generation Allegro at ASI.”

TouchTunes will be showcasing the Allegro MX-1 at this week’s Amusement Showcase International (ASI) Show, March 27-29, in Las Vegas at booth #526. In addition to seeing the Allegro MX-1™, conference attendees will be able to experience first-hand the revolutionary TouchTunes PlayPorTT™, a wireless, portable, flat panel game and music system. Attendees can move the PlayPorTT freely around while playing great classic and new games and accessing the jukebox to play music. The TouchTunes PlayPorTT also supports head-to-head games, so attendees are sure to have fun while learning how PlayPorTT can help them grow revenue at their locations.

Also on hand at booth #526 will be jukeboxes running TouchTunes’ latest software featuring new advertising and promotional capabilities including integrated ad banners, full screen billboards, surveys, sweepstakes and mini-site capabilities. TouchTunes will be hosting a luncheon on Friday, March 28, where executives will discuss the impact that advertising is having on the bar and restaurant marketplace, and how TouchTunes is working with operators and distributors to leverage its network – by far the industry’s largest – to succeed amid these rapid changes.

During the show, TouchTunes representatives will also discuss and demonstrate myTouchTunes™, the social network where music lovers can create their own playlists and play them locally on the jukebox. myTouchTunes brings people together virtually – online at mytouchtunes.com, and in person – in a social setting where they can share their musical tastes and playlists. myTouchTunes leverages the best of the virtual world in a social setting, resulting in a network of loyal customers that creates an inviting atmosphere and drives repeat business.

“We are excited to debut the Allegro MX-1TM at this year’s ASI show,” said Dan McAllister, TouchTunes senior vice president, sales. “We are pioneers in the digital jukebox industry, and we continue in that tradition as demonstrated by the many innovative products, services and ideas that we are highlighting at this show. ”

Finally, TouchTunes will also be showing its popular CD jukebox conversion kits at booth #635. Converted Rowe G, Rowe F and NMS Wall jukeboxes will be on display. Converting older CD jukeboxes into TouchTunes digital jukeboxes is a proven, cost effective way to provide a better end-user experience and increase jukebox revenue.
