3 Doors Down Teams Up With TouchTunes For Exclusive Pre-Release

Platinum-Selling Band’s New Self-Titled Album Available First on TouchTunes Digital Jukeboxes

NEW YORK CITY – May 14, 2008 - TouchTunes Corporation, the largest out-of-home interactive entertainment network, announced today the exclusive pre-release of the latest album from multi-platinum selling band 3 Doors Down. The band’s self-titled album will hit the stores May 20, and is available exclusively on 10,000 TouchTunes digital jukeboxes nationwide starting Friday, May 16th.

The 3 Doors Down exclusive pre-release underscores TouchTunes’ ability to deliver the best music experience, from jukebox classics to the latest hits, as well as other interactive media that are entertaining and engaging. In addition to providing the band’s new music, TouchTunes will also offer an on-screen survey about 3 Doors Down, giving fans a chance to answer questions such as, "What is your favorite 3 Doors Down song?" and, "What’s your personal Kryptonite?" a nod to the band’s first # 1 single.

It was the band’s debut album The Better Life and the smash hit "Kryptonite" that propelled 3 Doors Down to platinum status in 2000, and they have since scored six #1 singles, won a Billboard Music Award for Best Pop/Rock Group, and have sold 12 million albums worldwide. Today "Kryptonite" remains a popular classic and is among the top 20 most popular songs on the TouchTunes network of over 30,000 digital jukeboxes. The band’s newest single "It’s Not My Time" has already become the fastest moving song at Active Rock radio in the past five years, and is quickly closing in on the 50,000 mark in digital sales less than a month after the single was released. The single is also moving up the TouchTunes charts with thousands of plays every week.

3 Doors Down is the latest band to pre-release their music on the TouchTunes network, which has proven to be a unique and wide-reaching platform for musicians to reach their fans. Wyclef Jean tapped TouchTunes for an exclusive pre-release last November when he launched "The Carnival II (Memoirs of an Immigrant)," and just last month, classic funk band WAR chose TouchTunes to release their digital catalog for the first time ever.

A recently released study conducted by media and marketing research firm Arbitron found that 3 out of 4 TouchTunes users have discovered new music from TouchTunes digital jukeboxes and that 87% of TouchTunes jukebox users recommend new music to their friends.
